Digital Operations Specialist

I am looking for a Digital producer/project manager for a leading eCommerce and interactive marketing services company based in London for a 12 months contract.

This role is based in the operations department to manage the day2day running of email campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

*Gathering campaign requirements and finalising briefing
*Campaign/Project testing review and recommendations
*Audience creation (using a tool IB & submitting data requests), management and liaising with the data troubleshooting team
*Campaign performance tracking & reporting
*Project management of campaigns on time, on scope, on cost
*Day to day support of self-deployment clients, providing client training on tools as required

Essential Skills:

*Very strong Client Relationship Management
*Communication
*Project Management
*Campaign Development
*Agency experience

Desired:

*HTML knowledge
*Hands on experience with ESP (email service provider)
*Ideally a technical background

Rate will be around £200 a day.
