Devops Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Design and implementation of Nomad clusters to deploy the software in AWS environments
- Creation of scripts and tools to automate deployment and maintenance tasks
- Configuration and optimisation of Nomad jobs and tasks for efficient resource utilisation
- Integration of Nomad with existing DevOps toolchain and other HashiCorp products (e. g. Consul, traefik)
- Migration of existing Nomad configurations into newly created Nomad clusters
- Development of best practices
- Documentation of process and workflows for Nomad cluster maintenance and operation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Sound knowledge of the Container orchestration Tool Nomad (or Kubernetes)
- Experience in configuring and managing Nomad clusters in a production environment (in an AWS environment)
- Hands-on Experience with Docker containers and Images
- Good understanding of AWS system administration and network configuration
- Knowledge of configuring Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integratoin with Nomad in an AWS environment
