MY DUTIES:

- Consult groupwide project teams and implement agile processes on our Agile Platform
- Migrate Jira & Confluence instances to our central Agile Platform
- Mentor and advise project teams on Agile practices and provide trainings to product teams
- Design and present brownbag sessions for our Agile Platform (Plugins, Integrations, Implementations)
- Documentation of the results in ConfluenceImplementation stories/tasks from the jira board
- Participation in agile meetings (daily, reviewdemo meeting (every 2 weeks), planning (every 2 weeks)
- Build automation around jira and confluence against the APIs

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in design and implementation of processes in Jira
- Deep understanding of standard Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in conducting know-how sessions
