IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Development Support - support of the software developers in their work
-Support software developers resolving problems related to Microsoft platforms
-Coordination of the processing of problem tickets according to SLA, survey on customer satisfaction, and monthly reporting
-Escalation to and cooperation with Microsoft Engineers onsite or via Microsoft Ticketing system
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good to very good knowledge in the Microsoft development area
-Knowledge of programming languages (mainly C#), Visual Studio, Build System (MSBuild, MSTest)
-Good knowledge in Microsoft operating systems (mainly Windows 7, Windows Embedded)
-Very good knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server
-MS Certification desired, e.g. MCSA or MCSE, MCTS: Visual Studio, and/or MCSD: Application Lifecycle Management
-Experience in support/training would be appreciated
-Fluency in German and English (oral and written), Spanish skills are a plus
