The Development department at a leading investment company in the central Edinburgh area are currently recruiting for a Development Manager to join their successful team.
You will be employed to improve the quality and increase the speed of development. You will develop and mentor the team of developers, which are using primarily C#.
You will be responsible for the development and the performance of the team and it is essential that the successful candidate will have the relevant technical experience and will be able to remain current with the technologies and procedures.
The experience needed is as follows -
ASP.NET, C#, SQL
A knowledge of Agile methodologies
Effective communication skills
Ability to motivate the team
