Development Lead/Manager (.Net/Online) (S39)

My client (a leader in banking and financial services) is looking for a technical professional with experience in end to end design processes. You will be a specialist in .Net/WCF and ASP.NET, Having worked on online projects in the past. This is a lead position so leadership or management experience will also be required.

There will also be the need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

In order to be successful in the role you will require:

- A strong background working with Microsoft application technologies
- Experience in a lead role either as manager or team lead
- Experience in an online environment
- Experience delivering design in complex environments
- Ideally you will have experience in the finance or banking domain.
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Solution design using UML
- Strong experience in application development using .NET/C#
- Strong experience in Web application development using ASP.NET
- Strong experience with WCF

In addition to the above it would be highly desirable if you have exposure to service integration design and development using WebSphere BPM/ESB and exposure to J2EE/Java technologies.
