Deskside Support required for our client based in Roosendahl in the Netherlands - the role will consist of activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, (Windows 7/10 and Office 365) including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end document processors at customer sites, Infrastructure Managed Services environments and/or depot locations, and may be directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script using standard methods, techniques and tools. Assignments range in complexity from basic troubleshooting and repair to more difficult device repair. Basic mechanical skills and understanding of electro static discharge procedures. Must maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanour and dress. Previous experience with supporting VIP's is preferred. Candidates will need to be fluent in both Dutch & English languages.
