Deskside Support - Bloomberg, Fidessa - £35K

Boutique Investment Bank is seeking a Junior Level Desktop/Tradefloor Support candidate for their Deskside Support team. You will be supporting the a range of users including the traders, providing IT support for Windows desktop systems in a challenging environment. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support for the trading floor & operations users, Active Directory account admin, escalation point for technical queries, mobile, Blackberry & PDA support, whilst managing projects & rollouts. The ideal candidate MUST have commercial experience in a trading floor/financial markets environment with solid Windows, Microsoft Office, Fidessa & Market Data (Bloomberg, Reuters) inc. support & troubleshooting. You must also have excellent communication skills as the role is very client facing. This is a junior level role and offers individuals the chance to work with the newest financial technologies in a rapidly growing team.
