Data Analyst (Insight)

A fantastic position for a Data Analyst/Insight Analyst been opened by my client, a leading UK Bank to produce highly actionable insights and recommendations, which drive business strategy, propositions and distribution decisions.

The role is to understand the industry and business and pinpoint commercial questions about the business, products and customers.

You'll be adept at translating the business questions into data analysis requirements, completing the analysis, drawing out and synthesising insights and building the storyline.

You'll maintain and develop your own data expertise to enable world class insight and have a desire to learn and grow in role and a positive can do attitude.

Required Skills:
*Previous experience of programming/SQL is required, as well as a strong understanding of data structures.
*Capability to understand our industry and business, and pinpoint commercial questions about our business, products and customers
*Ability to translate the business questions into data analysis requirements, complete the analysis, draw out and synthesise insights and build the storyline
*Maintain and develop own data expertise to enable world class insight
