We are looking for a Data Analyst - Compensation & Benefits 

- University/Fachhochschule degree
- Detail oriented and a lot of self confidence
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Independent professional with a high service orientation
- Superior analytical and execution skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with all employees and all levels of management in identifying and resolving complex issues
- Resilience - demonstrates ability to push through resistance in a calm and focussed manner to get things done
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience on skill set 
- Support of the Compensation & Benefits Team in terms of data analysis, design and implementation of Excel templates
- Support of short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Support monitoring competitive marketplace to ensure awareness of competitive pay levels, best practices, trends and new developments
- Work closely with HR Finance managing the interface with global HR, eg including expatriates and general headcount budgeting
- Support and manage annual compensation process
- Support Salary Banding and Grading
- Responsible for compliance, cost effectiveness and competitiveness of all benefit programs
- Advise on individual pension and benefit cases
- Total reward analysis per country
- Participation in ad hoc special projects as required
- Support conceptual presentations for the Corporate Head of Compensation & Benefits
