CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFORMATION OPERATOR (Spanish OR French speaking)

Please note this is part time work

We require Customer Service and Information Operators to join our team. The role requires validation of live data received direct from sports events across Europe. Ensuring the accuracy, speed and integrity of this data will be a key responsibility of the role as will providing 1st line customer service and support during the sport events.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF FOOTBALL (PARTICULARLY SPANISH LEAGUES)

* Good knowledge of overseas sports

* Previous knowledge of sports data collection would be advantageous

* French/Spanish speaking essential

* Reliability/Punctuality

* Flexibility regarding shift patterns including availability at short notice

* Previous customer service experience would be advantageous

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

PAYMENT:

Approx. £10.00per hour

HOURS OF WORK:

Variable between 4 -16hrs per week according to demand during the various sports seasons which also include periods of inactivity/down time
