A new exciting opportunity to work for one of Hyphen's largest corporate clients based in Crawley.

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrators to work on a 2-3 month contract in the RH10 area of Crawley.

Interview Date: w/c 7th/14th July/ASAP

Start Date: ASAP

Skills and experience required:

-Proven Administration experience: Data entry, document production, document scanning, other ad-hoc duties
-Customer Service skills: by phone, email and online
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel and Outlook
-Good communication skills
-Organised - ability to manage own work load
-Team player
-Professional with a good acumen for customer service
-Ideally worked within a Service/HR operations environment but not essential
