Job
In this job as customer service representative you will have a variety of work. You will be the (technical support) contact towards the customers. You will be dealing with all kinds off (technical support) regarding the products used. This will be via remote repair, monitoring etc.
Requirements:
several years of experience in customer service
Fluent French and Spanish in speaking and writing (MUST)
Available on short notice
Understand complex combinations of the products offered
