CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - REGULATIONS -RAIL BACKGROUND

Tangent are currently recruiting for a Regulation Manager to work in London for a global leader in Travel.

This role needs a candidate who works in the rail environment and does need a strong organisational character, who can influence, encourage and understand issues and deliverables. This is not a process role.

This role could suit a Customer Relationship Executive type role at Network Rail for instance as they would have hands on experience of a lot of the processes described.

The role requires a manager who has extensive experience of the rail industry relative to regulatory requirements including track access contracts and performance regimes. Also required is an understanding of industry timetable and activity for train timetable bidding.

An experienced regulation consultant to lead the activities necessary to deliver the aspects of regulated railway requirement, as shown below. Candidates must possess excellent commercial negotiation skills and be capable of managing a wide range of stakeholders in both industry and Government Departments.
