Customer Relationship Analyst - Customer Service/Service Centre/MS Office/ICT/Excel

PTS is working on behalf of leading global clients who are seeking to hire a Customer Relationship Analyst to join their growing service centre team. The role will involve providing support to customers dealing with escalations/complaints.

Key Duties:

- Providing effective customer service as a priority 
- Support and deal with all escalations and complaints received into the Service Centre
- Provide timely updates to customers on the progress of their queries 
- Being a Central point to support the service centre as a whole 
- Work from incident queries in Excel, Mailboxes and HP Service Manager 
- Assisting customers with the progress of their incident/requests via telephone support

Successful candidates must have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to think logically, enjoy problem solving and ideally be from a service centre background. Candidates will have strong MS Office and Excel skills, if you are someone who enjoys taking ownership and making customers feel secure this is a great opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills.
