CUSTOMER REGISTRATION SPECIALIST - MS EXCEL - GALWAY
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Registration Specialist with advanced MS Excel skills to work with our major blue chip client located in Galway, Ireland. Our client is a multi billion dollar world wide IT service provider.
The successful candidate will be required to work with the registration specialists performing all duties related to registration of Customer contracts onto live systems including query handling, continuous maintenance and quality control.
THE REGISTRATION SPECIFIC TASKS SHOULD ACCOUNT FOR 75% OF THIS ROLE AND THE PRIMARY TASKS ARE:
- Enter accurate and timely contract details with complete and validated information using registration management systems to meet customer expectations, and SLMS standards.
- Provide support to inbound calls and emails on a full range of customer contract issues by evaluating needs, examining problems, and providing resolution.
- Gather appropriate data to ensure proper contract registration including discount application and other account specifics.
- Continuous maintenance and quality control of customer contracts.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Ideally the candidate will have experience in a Contact Centre environment and will have a 3rd level qualification in business management, quality or IT. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in effectively coping with a fast-paced role and will be client orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION:
- Experience in communication with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different groups.
- Ability to follow specific processes and procedures.
- Demonstrates high level of customer satisfaction in previous positions.
- Experience on Process Managed Environment
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical skill with Windows Vista.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to include formulas).
