Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Customer Quality Engineering: Perform Customer Quality Engineering function within appointed regions & OEM site locations, including control & coordination of service provider projects
- Information: Interface between Customer Manufacturing Plants (OEM), Visteon Manufacturing Plants, Quality departments, Engineering departments
- Quick response to Quality issues: Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of Quality, communication, reactivity

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Engineering degree qualification
- Strong knowledge and experience of automotive electronics products & systems (SW, HW, Systems architecture and interfacing)
- Knowledge of customer quality standards requirements (WC, PPM, Warranty, ...), of problem-solving methodologies (8D, Trend, Pareto, Ishikawa, FTA, 5-Why, Is-Is Not, ...), of product design, development cycle and associated tools and of quality and manufacturing processes (APQP, ISO/TS 16949, IATF, PPAP, DFMEA, SCIF, PFMEA, control plans)
- Travel to affected customer locations (mainly Daimler)
- Fluent in English and German
