The successful applicant will possess the following track record;
- History of working within the INSURANCE industry, knowledge of general insurance products, ideally personal lines business.
- Strong CUSTOMER FOCUS, with an understanding of customer needs, TCF, Segmentation, Upsell, Cross Sell, Retention, Acquisition and Customer Journey.
- Track record in PROPOSITION MANAGEMENT from development to launch of new propositions, including features, benefits, market position, performance and metric measurement.
- Solid background and understanding of MARKETING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- Strategic understanding and experience with the ability to work with Finance on Business Cases, Plans and Modelling.
Ideally the suitable applicant will have worked for at least 5 years at a management level developing and launching new propositions.
