Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Execute the customer order booking process in collaboration with Sales, Controlling, and Head of Project Management
- Coordinate component orders in a timely manner from SAP order booking, BOM creation, packing, shipment and invoicing
- Support / follow up on regular Project Management tasks, e.g. handling invoicetracking project costs; invoices and payments to receive and expediting
- Prepare reports for and invite to regular meetings, e.g. team meeting, project review, project close-out, continuous improvement
- Create and send project documentation, e.g. user manuals, status reports
- Support the creation and analysis of monthly key performance indicators
- Care for employees and general office management tasks, e.g. arrange travels, events, presents, onboarding of new employees, etc.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Solid vocational qualifications in a commercial discipline and curiosity to continuously refine IT skills
- Well-founded work experience, preferably in an international industrial company
-Excellent skills using SAP R/3, in particular SD and PS module (order/PSP creation, BANF, BOM resolution)
- Solid proficiency in MS Office 365, in particular MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and MS Outlook, MS Sharepoint lists and libraries
- Confident and balanced personality - even under pressure
- Highly organized working style with attention to quality of own output
- Solid command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Openness to learn and to adjust to change
