Capita Retail Banking Services provide bespoke in-sourced and outsourced managed service solutions, specialising in remediation services, customer and debt management as well as mortgage, savings and payroll services. As part of our relationship with a high-profile client within this sector, Capita Retail Banking Services are looking to recruit a CUSTOMER PREPARATION TEAM ADMINISTRATOR on a fixed-term contract based onsite in Leeds.
The purpose of the role of CUSTOMER PREPARATION TEAM ADMINISTRATOR is to support the Customer Preparation Management Team (Academy) with various Administration duties. This includes updating of the CPT Database, allocation of Customer cases for checking and the administration of Training & Competency files.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to

- Ensuring all delegates Training & Competency files are kept up-to-date.
- Workflow management of Customer cases to be logged correctly and at speed onto the CPT database.
- Various Administration duties will need to be performed in a timely manner.

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful Customer Preparation Team Administrator but be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and customer focussed when dealing with a range of people verbally and in writing
- Numeracy and computer literacy (eg Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in line with changing priorities
- A flexible, adaptable and pro-active approach is required

In addition, the right candidate must have a meticulous attention to detail and team-focused mentality.
