RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the first point of contact for all queries relating to the Service.
Provide basic levels of support to users
Managing customer requests via telephone, email and Self Service, triaging, categorising and escalating where necessary
Advising customers on purchasing process
Finance and Purchase Order Support
Monitoring of Contract/Licensing Documentation
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
A good level of general education with GCSE or equivalent Maths and English Language
Excellent customer service skills, and be able to remain calm, patient and polite in all situations
Excellent verbal communications skills, confident, articulate and effective in absorbing information and disseminating it clearly to others.
Able to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
Demonstrable customer focus
Implements processes and procedures
Basic technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office, email, Word etc.
Understanding of confidentiality issues and data protection, and adherence to Trust and Government policies in these areas. (Awareness will be provided once in post).
