CPD Developer - E-Learning

Our client is a professional membership organisation and the guardian of the standards and qualifications in their professional field. They also set the standards and expectations for the ongoing professional development of their members and currently have a key opportunity for a Learning & Development professional to help them develop their post qualification professional development programme.

The successful candidate will hold the position of CPD Developer and will work collaboratively with the organisation to understand the emerging CPD needs of its members and commercial clients and to ensure that the programmes developed deliver the required business, strategic and developmental outcomes.

Inherent in the early stages of this role will be getting to know the learning needs of members and designing and implementing programmes that meet these needs. This will include developing blended packages of both live training and online learning content.

Some of the other key responsibilities associated with the role include:

* Identifying suitable internal IP for converting and repurposing into structured CPD and learning packages.
* Working with subject matter experts, identifying trainers that support the goals of the CPD programme.
* Evaluating and implementing an online CPD platform for the delivery of structured CPD and online learning.
* Develop diagnostics to identify skills gaps and target learning.
* Work with the Head of L&D to develop and deliver live online courses to commercial clients.

The core subject area is Finance and Accountancy, so it would be beneficial to your application if you are able to show some experience or knowledge of developing programmes and learning within this area.

Whilst the role is on an initial 12 month contract, the expectation is that there will be a permanent position at the end of this period.
