Min Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Production & Packing technology, IQ/OQ , preferably in FMCG, pharma industries.
· Ability to read , write and communicate in German Language
· Proficient in Problem solving, Coordination with Operations team, Shift labours, Stakeholder management.
· Clear list of tasks defined with identified stakeholders for the Shift .
· Clear list of follow up tasks for subsequent shift to take over.
· Troubleshooting process documented in Logbook including problem statement, and resolution steps agreed for Production & Packing Lines.
· Provide Communication of the above in the Shift Handovers
· Documentation of the above in Logbook
· Analyse the collected sample data and provide necessary corrective actions to the team.
Assertiveness
· Handle executional conflicts confidently; deliver information calm and controlled manner.
· Convey proposals for action plans to the P&E leader, based on analysis of the situation at the line.
· Identify with anticipation tension points in activities/ resources / schedule and overall progress of the work.
· Identify key stakeholders in charge of the relevant tasks to be completed.
· Drive troubleshooting sessions (problem statement definition, why-why and activities to learn and resolve)
· Communicate situational reports in a clear and easy to understand way.
· Understand targets/ success and abort criteria / open points/ follow ups and tension points for the shift and make sure all the team have the same understanding.
· Collect progress information from team members.
· Formulate the appropriate questions for the team to engage in issue resolution.
· Escalate to P&E supervisor on a timely manner.
· Make the plan for the next shift and prepare all needed documentation/ information for the next shift.
· Communicate progress of Shift & share plan to new team during shift handover (5:45-6:15, 13:45-14:15, 21:45-22:15 meetings)
· Identify, organize, and sequence tasks based on progress status in protocol.
· Follow principles in order (Safety, Quality, Speed); Get safety related issues worked with high priority during the shift.
· Track progress of activities vs success, abort and intervention criteria, and completion of follow-ups
· Track with diligence and discipline the changes made during the shift in the activity log.
· Remind team members to use CPE workbook and area logs to document changes.
· Complete IQOQPQ Report
· Comply to local statutory requirements.
· All necessary Safety PPE to considered by vendor.
· Initial 3 months duration which will be extendable.
· Start date : Tentative by mid of May 2023
