MY DUTIES:

- Participate as an external member of the Plant Management Team (PMT) with main tasks ‘to challenge & to support’ the PMT
- Establish and administer policy, procedures and controls to conform to accepted accounting principles. Adhere to Financial Corporate policies. This assures accuracy in reporting, costing and safeguarding of assets
- Prepare and present financial information for Plant Management
- Lead and develop plant steering information and value creation with regard to all finance activities, analysis and financial reporting, ensuring regulatory and industry standards compliance, adherence to corporate timetables and data integrity
- Manage local plant (& site) financial activities for delegated plants
- Budget and Forecasting
- Manage the monthly and annual budget/forecast processes, including the projection of year-end business results updated and explained on a monthly basis, including details as to all variances, and communicate this information to Regional and Global Controlling
- Prepare and communicate forecasts, as per the global guidelines and regional requirements, ensuring that all relevant information is reported
- Develop product costing, cost center spending and capital spending for the annual budget process and monthly reporting, ensuring all base data from production units is current and accurate
- Manage the annual budget process for the plant(s), ensuring that all aspects of businesses are budgeted for, and that budgets are reviewed and maintained at the departmental leve
- Provide subject matter expertise and on-going support to the departments and Capital Programs around creating budgets, reporting variances and other issues
- Direct the input and validation of all budget and forecast data into Planning Tools

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Finance & Controlling
- Speaks French and English fluent
