That is why we are currently looking for a Contract Business Analyst to assist in the conversion and implementation of a new Trust Accounting system here at Equity Trust called Innotrust.

As a Contract Business Analyst you will be responsible for designing, executing, and implementing solutions to our internal business partners in accordance with their strategic goals and corporate vision. You will lend operational and process expertise to compliment internal processes aid in our transition to the Innotrust Trust Accounting System.

This position will initially be as a contractor, with a company option to turn this into a permanent position.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Functions:
Support the needs of each Wilmington business unit as Subject Matter Expert regarding Innotrust.
Lend Innotrust user experience to each Operational business unit to help design and implement processes.
Design meetings with user groups and technical staff to understand business needs.
Works with management team to set prioritization of projects.
Provide regular communication with business units on project progress, as well as communication of current Operations processing challenges/difficulties.
Work with development staff and management to ensure milestones are met.
Develop and maintain reports that measure the quality of all solutions and new releases of enhancements.
Follow the guidelines of the IT Project Management Methodology and ensure all steps are adhered to for any IT related projects.
Evaluates effectiveness of project life cycle, analysing results achieved vs. results expected.

Essential Education/Training/Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field required.
2-5 years Innotrust/Innovest experience. Do not apply if you do not have this experience.
3-7 years software development experience; 1-3 years of experience in project management.
Experience with financial service operations, and processing
General PC office skills with: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook.
