CONTENT ADMINISTRATOR

PTS is working on behalf of a leading global client who are seeking to hire a Content Administrator for their growing Service Centre. The role of the Content Administrator is to produce, support and maintain the content for the Portal. You will liaise with stakeholders across various business areas to ensure the accuracy of the content and ensure the necessary authorisation is achieved prior to publication.

KEY DUTIES:

Action all Self Help content publishing (new content and content amendments following a defined process
Use a variation of tools to distribute the content in Adobe Captivate, PDF, Word and Text based documents
You will need to ensure sign off is obtained prior to publication
You will be required to Identify and escalate any process related issues and continuous Improvement opportunities to improve service performance to the Self Help Lead.
Assisting the Self Help lead with the timely review of the Self Help Process, Support Material and published guidelines.
Action and maintain any mailbox requests or queries relating to Self Help articles utilising processes and guidelines.

Successful candidates will ideally have 12 months in an administrative role and ideally have experience within a service centre environment. Candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates are required to have strong MS Office skills, Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
