CCT Consultant - Barcelona - 3 months plus Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced CCT Consultant (Contact Centre technology) for a 3 month contract to start ASAP working for a leading IT outsourcing company based in Barcelona, Spain.
You should have around 8-10 years of experience in the CCT domain and work on Genesys 7.6 & above, Avaya 5.2 & above & NICE
You should also have Consultancy experience of around 2-4 years and good understanding of CCT components like Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, WFM, Biz Intelligence, QM etc.
Solution design experience on Genesys
Good communication skills and experience of handling UK based customers.
Location: Barcelona
Rate: up to €250 per day
Duration: 3 months
Start date: ASAP
