Contact Centre Sales Manager

A leading Utilities client in Rotherham require an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience within a contact centre/call centre environment. You will become an employee of Hyphen and on an assignment with this client.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Rotherham
Duration: 5 months initially - Employed Consultant
Start: ASAP but will wait up to 4 weeks
Salary: PAYE + Annual Bonus, Benefits, Training, Holidays & More!

Required Key Skills & Experience:
1. Established Sales Manager with proven contact centre experience
2. Accomplished Sales background
3. Established in managing large teams of 10 or more
4. Experience of disciplinary and grievance (D&G) procedures
5. Ability to take on challenges and performance issues

The Role:
To support the SME (Small Medium Enterprise) business to grow through value by acquiring and retaining profit generating business, through making outbound calls to establish relationships with key decision makers.

Accountable for ensuring that sales delivery from their team is in line with relevant compliance frameworks. Ensuring net gains are maximised through collection of relevant information at point of sale. Manage efficiencies and optimise conversion rates by ensuring teams utilise the full range of products available to optimise value delivery, providing an account management service for prospects through the sales and renewals journey.
