- Define the target architecture with an outside-in perspective from scratch 
- Develop a roadmap to deliver the target architecture
- Analyze and recommend the data foundations required to support the target architecture according to the defined target architecture
- Create a high-level documentation of issues and risks to surface the challenges facing
