IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will be responsible for the Roll out of Concur, first in Europe and then in Asia
-This Roll out includes all phases of the project, among else business knowledge capturing phase, configuration (provide guidance to Group IT on the configuration, review configuration) and business processes, user-acceptance tests, managing the roll-out, also of the company Credit card Program
-You are responsible of the Conceptual design (end-to-end procedures) and the implementation of other assigned projects within Group Finance
-Regularly you will report to Steering Committee (led by CFO) and you will take part in meetings as requested for the purpose of activities co-ordination
-Preparing and tracking of the communication plans and of the implementation plans is part of the job as well as the management of assigned resources

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You already have proven experience in Project Management, in implementations/roll outs profound experience in Accounting or Finance
-Also you have a very good process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective, as well a good understanding of Accounting Principles
-We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with all stakeholders
-You are a proficient user of MS Office, incl. Excel and of Concur and you have a good understanding of integrated ERP systems and workflows
-Fluency English is required, any additional languages is a plus
