Commercial Manager/Warwick

An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Utilities organisation of ours for a Commercial Manager.
The Client is looking for someone who will provide strategic and tactical external and internal communication advice, support and resources to support the Business Development team and partners in delivering their objectives and key messages.

* Develop and implement a communications and engagement strategy to promote the profile of UK & EU Business Development to internal and external stakeholders, public and media, working closely with Group Strategy and Corporate Affairs.
* Extensive business communication management experience in networked blue chip organisations with large field-forces (preferably utility, engineering or energy sectors) focusing on employee communication, strategy deployment and change management
* In-depth, demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of the internal and external communication mix, including research and measurement
* Strategic comms planning
* Relationship management
* Line management
* Project management
* Budget management
* Experience of dealing with people at all levels of an organisation, including directors, key stakeholders and external opinion formers
* Copywriting and editing, for business communication
* Negotiation and presentation
