CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST NEEDEDfor a FULL TIME/CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in IRVINE, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a current CA license (Active and in Good Standing)
- Two - five (2-5) years of laboratory experience in a clinical molecular setting
- Experience with DNA extraction, pcr, capillary electrophoresis, Southern blot, Sanger Sequencing and other molecular biology protocols

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform a wide variety of laboratory tests by manual methods as well as various automated, mechanical or electronic devices
- Specimen procurement through data analysis and reporting
- Detection, diagnosis and treatment of disease in all areas of the lab

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a current CA license (Active and in Good Standing)
- Two - five (2-5) years of laboratory experience in a clinical molecular setting
- Knowledge and ability to use computer and computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Sequencing analysis software
- Experience with DNA extraction, pcr, capillary electrophoresis, Southern blot, Sanger Sequencing and other molecular biology protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude
