Clinical Development Consulting

* deliver fit-for-purpose reports and analytics to enable data-driven decision making and performance improvements across the global Development organization
* provide flexible and agile support to ensure rapid turnaround of relevant ad-hoc analyses and requests by senior management, functional leadership as well as project and study teams
* help the team to drive the hands-on delivery of existing spreadsheet based standard reports on clinical study cycle times, milestone performance and other relevant KPIs
* support the automation of such reports by integrating them into the new operational data lake and analytics platform
* support the delivery of our clinical study design analytics inclusive protocol eligibility modeling, country/site prioritization and enrollment simulation while helping to streamline the underlying data processing workflows to provide operational relief and create additional headroom for insight generation

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* At least 3-5 years of professional experience
* Experience in bio-/pharma or life sciences industry - ideally, in clinical operations and/or performance measurement
* Preferably, experience in data science, machine learning, algorithm development, advanced analytics and/or predictive modeling
* Familiarity with relevant external data sources is a plus - e.g. Trialtrove, DRG, Kantar, TriNetX
* Excellent command of MS Excel - knowledge of advanced visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire) is a plus
* Experienced in working in an agile manner within global cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in working with interdisciplinary global teams
* Solid interpersonal communication, influencing and lateral leadership skills
* Solid organizational skills, high quality focus and result orientation
* Fluency in English
