SECURITY ARCHITECT (CLAS) - 3 MONTHS (INITIALLY) - LONDON

My client are looking for a Security Architect to join their team in London. It is a 6 month assignment and they are ideally looking for someone who has worked to HMG standards before and is ideally has the CESG Listed Advisor Scheme (CLAS) membership

The successful candidate will have:

- Substantial experience of working as a Security Architect or Consultant in recent years
- Knowledge and experience of Information Assurance services and infrastructures (eg Protective Monitoring, Patching, Firewall management, Data Centres).
- Solid understanding of Web Technologies including Web Application security principles and architectures
- Good understanding of other technologies including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, AV, RAS, Virtualisation, Cloud Services, Active Directory and Encryption
- Have the ability to translate information assurance risks into security targets and architecture requirements
- Experience of working to HMG IA standards, producing RMAD's
- Current and valid SC Clearance
- Security related degree or equivalent qualifications ie CISSP/CISM
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to liaise with 3rd part providers and stakeholders
