Claim Manager US or British Law (100% in Brüssel) (m/w/d)

We are searching for a Claim Manager with experience in US or British Law.

Your tasks:
Establishing approx. 50 - 80 individual Request for Equitable adjustments, for each REA establishing the additional direct costs, time related delay costs, quantity take-offs, entitlements, etc.
Combining all REA into one major REA /Claim before submitting.
Potential legal dispute preparation
Negotiating claims if considered in the progress.
Recovery of costs claimed to the maximum possible.
Establishing Forensic Schedule with JV scheduler and US based Forensic Scheduler. Invasive investigation of project schedule to ensure accurate reporting.
Cooperation throughout with attorney to provide basis for contractual / legal entitlement of claims.

MUST:
+ 10 years in claims management in vertical and horizontal construction on British and/or US contracts .
+ Successful closeouts in disputes / negotiations in trials
+ Knowledge of US FAR
+ Knowledge of cost accounting systems

Nice:
+ Software Primavera (highly preferred)
+ US Govt. RMS (Managment System der amerikanischen Armee) System preferred
+ Experience with Microsoft Teams
