Cadis/Markit EDM Consultant

We are looking for a CADIS/Markit EDM Consultant to join one of our teams based in Zürich.

You will be responsible for analysing a large number of data sources, mapping onto a master model, the design & implementation of masters & output structures, implementation of data processing logic with Markit EDM and GUI implementation using the web client.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze, develop and test Markit EDM (Cadis) solutions
- Analyze, understand and process incoming data from multiple feeders, including security master data, client master data, transaction and position data
- Analyze, implement and test exception handling for Cadis end-2-end process
- Analyze, implement and test enrichment and data quality assurance rules
- Define appropriate test cases and test data
- Simulate daily loads using Cadis solutions
- Optimize run time behavior of Cadis solutions to get superior performance
- Perform and support peer programming and peer reviews on Cadis solution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- At least 2 years of Cadis development/implementation experience
- 5 years plus ETL project experience in investment/asset management business areas
- 5 years plus experience in analysing, developing, testing and running fully automated ETL and similar processing, matching, enriching and quality assuring solutions
- 5 years plus experience performing projects in large financial institutions
- Fluent in English with any additional European language as a plus
- Proactively able to define and execute tasks to reach challenging goals
- Team oriented and easy to approach
