BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

SUMMARY:

Our client is an $10 billion dollar global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery with over 1200 dealers and 16,000 users globally. Their equipment is sold primarily through dealers globally and they are developing a new dealer portal to allow users to buy, service, finance and source parts for their farm equipment through a new website that will be developed.

We are looking for a mid-level BA who can assist the manager with deliverables associated with two major projects including Visio diagrams, updating Excel spreadsheets for tracking project plans and coordinating with IT to ensure success in an Agile methodology environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participates in meetings where business requirements are developed
- Documents and organizes requirements in a logical fashion and tracks changes throughout the project
- Prepare Visio diagrams to communicate project workflows
- Collaborates with the Development team to ensure technical specifications match what was intended by the business requirements
- Communicates and coordinates with IT team to ensure business and functional requirements are met during all phases of development
- Assumes responsibility for definable projects
- Ability to analyze a problem, communication the findings, identify possible options, and create documented artifact of the overall process
- Shape requirements into presentations using strong documentation skills
- Successfully identify, address, manage, and escalate risks
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4 Year College Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business)
- At least 3 solid years of business analysis/process experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Direct working experience as a business analyst in an Agile environment in the sprint team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working multiple work efforts
- Experience with analysing and solving problems of a complex nature
- Ability to effectively work with others in a team
- Creates or assists others with user documentation, instructions, procedures, and Use Cases
- Creates design deliverables including: Flowcharts, Process Flows, Data
- Flow Diagrams, Logical Database Design, and document all discussion artifacts
