Business Process Analyst

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 4+ years as a Business Analyst with relevant experience in business process design, re-engineering, documentation and reporting;
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a climate of continuous improvement, innovation and optimisation in the provision of technology services to the business
- End to end process documentation - Levels 1,2,3..
- Excellent requirement gathering, analysis and documentation skills and experience
- Drive impact analysis of any change in the compliance team processes and procedures
- Certify compliance documentation is in line to legislative requirements and best practice
- Must have experience/exposure to Promapp - would be highly advantageous
- Proven background in workshops facilitation, gap analysis, creating BRDs and detailed "as-is" & "to-be" process maps
- Experience of working in the utilities sector would put you head & shoulders above the competition
