Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Business Operations Manager with strong analytical, management and reporting skills for a large Aerospace & Defense contractor.

The Business Operations Manager will bring with them a great wealth and experience of tracking business development, coordinating the sales budget for the department. You will need to be at an expert level within the Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Powerpoint. The ideal person will have a strong background in organizational and team ethics within the workplace.

*To be the point of contact and overseer of Export Control compliance of the Business development & Sales Team
*To Support the monthly Forecast Order Intake review by providing expert support
*To manage and track the Business Development, Sales overhead budget on a monthly basis in coordination with Finance
*Some experience providing support to a sales team would be desirable
*Expert level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
