-Support of sourcing requests
-Resource utilization monitoring
-Cost optimization
-Ticket management
-Back charging support
-Documentation of processes
-Reporting on operational metrics

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-English proficiency oral and written
-Education in commerce / business administration or business information systems
-Basic enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge
-Advanced Excel user skills
-Strong customer orientation / service attitude
-Programming skills, familiarity with Amazon Web Services, experience with Jira / Confluence and any additional languages are beneficial
