For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Business Manager - IT Risk & Finance (4674)

You will support the Risk & Finance IT Management and COO team with key initiatives in the Strategy and Management Support as well as providing IT-services to the wide Risk and Finance organizations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT WITH BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF TYPICAL BUSINESS- & PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOPICS
- HIGHLY EXPERIENCED INTERACTING WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT
- WELL VERSED IN USING MS OFFICE (ESPECIALLY POWERPOINT AND EXCEL) WITH EXPERIENCE CREATING DECKS FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the flexibility to interact on all different seniority levels
- Fluent in English (oral/written)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conceptualize and autonomously run part of or a complete project, end to end
- Support the preparation of senior management presentations/Townhalls/etc.
- Represent Risk & Finance IT in overarching projects or topics
- Coordinate diverse meeting inputs/outputs (eg request, consolidate, validate, track, ensure quality)
- Moderate and minute-taking of divers status report meetings and other management meetings
