Context
Global Channels Product Management
The Global Cash Management organization, based in Brussels/Paris, acts as overall competence center for the whole group. This entity defines the strategy and priorities of Cash Management for the group with a world-wide coverage. Global Channels Product managements develops and markets at portfolio of global solutions for corporate clients (on-line, direct connectivity, mobile).
Function Description
In order to assist the Head of Global Channels Product Management and his direct reports in driving the global channels product portfolio, we are looking for a business manager.
The principle responsibilities entail:
° Budget monitoring and follow-up
° Develop and maintain insightful management information reporting (data analytics) on the usage the global channels portfolio
° Autonomously drive and manage selective projects
° Organisation and follow-up of team meetings/activities
Required skills:
° Excellent communication and presentation skills
° Project and process management
° Data analytics
Start Date 2nd half of September (early October at the latest)
Duration Till 31/12/2016 (to be renewed afterwards)

Required Knowledge and Experience
Education
Bachelor/Master
Languages Requirement
French YES (proficient)
Dutch Optional

Experience
At a minimum 3 to 5 years in cash management, treasury, or related activity (within a banking or corporate environment)
Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Data analysis
° Project management
° Process management
Preferable
° Prior experience with electronic banking tools
° Prior experience with corporate infrastructure like ERP and TMS platforms
Business Experience
Mandatory
° Prior experience or affinity with cash management in a banking or corporate environment
Preferable
° High-level understanding of the payments and reporting landscape
° High-level understanding of bank communication protocols and exchange formats
Soft skills
° Team player
° Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
° Good Communication and Influencing skills
° Good analytical and synthesis skills
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
