Business Analyst x 3

Due to increase in project scope and workload, my client has three Business Analyst positions available. The roles will be based in the Sydney CBD and have a focus on compliance, risk and process. The successful candidate will join a team of high performance, delivery focused professionals, working alongside some of the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities;

- Provide effective communication and liaison with business stakeholders, business solutions managers, software developers, infrastructure engineers and end users
- Analyse and document traceable requirements (Business, Stakeholder, Solution, and Transition)
- Manage requirements through-out the project life cycle
- Employ techniques in Business Analysis, and deep understanding the tasks owned by Business Analysts, to deliver high-quality outcomes and expertise in project delivery
- Interpret business user needs and clarify the project objectives
- Ensure that end-to-end Requirements Management is performed in accordance to standards defined by Projects

Requirements;

- 3+ years Business Analysis experience
- Worked for a financial institution on a compliance project
- Regulation & Operational Risk experience is highly desirable
- Any BA qualifications highly regarded
- FATCA (preferable) and Business Process experience
