Business Analyst x 2

Looking for 2-3 Business Analyst to start a contract 23rd of November. Based in Dublin City Centre

Main roles and responsibilities as follows:
Complete business requirements and specification documentations (in line with defined methods and standards)
Facilitate workshops with business and IT users to define requirements and document outputs
Analyse As Is processes and work with business to design To Be, documenting outputs in clear process maps
Assume ownership of business requirements and all associated documentation, assuring effective hand-over to IT, business, etc.
Drive User Acceptance Test activities (planning, oversight, occasional execution support)
Support the Project Manager with planning and estimating relating to business analysis activities

Skills and experience as follows:
At least eight years working as a business analyst in project environment, using structured business analysis techniques
Financial services experience (BANKING AND LENDING) essential
Experience with IT and non IT projects (agile and waterfall approaches)
Excellent written and verbal skills, with expert knowledge of process mapping tool (eg Visio)
Knowledge of process engineering/lean methods an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills required with an ability to build relationships quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
