Projektbeschreibung
i) Required Business Knowledge:
Experience working within the risk environment, with exposure to regulations, processes and controls (specifically related to ALM Treasury in the areas of Liquidity Risk, Capital Risk, and Market Risk in the Banking Book).
Experience in reviewing/assessing compliance with regulation (background in compliance, audit, accounting or similar).
Education (at least degree level) in relevant area.
Excellent business writing skills (in English).
Experience working within an ALM environment (ALM or ALM Risk) desirable
ii) Technical skills/hard skills:
Advanced skills with standard MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint (user).
Desirable to have experience with HP Quality Centre (QC)
iii) Behavioral characteristics/soft skills:
Independent thinker able to critically assess and challenge evidence of compliance.
Ability to focus on detailed, process driven activity and see tasks through to completion (assessing requirement, gathering and evaluating evidence, liaising with stakeholders, tracking progress).
Analytical, structured and methodical with good documentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
iv) Job description & deliverables
The BA - Regulatory Self Assessment:
Reviews regulatory requirements and assesses what evidence is required for compliance.
Liaises with stakeholders to source the required evidence.
Critically assesses the evidence and proposes a level of compliance.
Liaises with the bank's regulatory experts to obtain an independent confirm of compliance status.
Raises gaps where compliance cannot be evidenced.
Engages with stakeholders to agree the closure of regulatory gaps and confirm sign-off according to the project's work processes.
Monitors closure of regulatory gaps, collects evidence and reassesses compliance status of underlying regulatory articles in accordance with the project's work processes.
Updates management information and metrics used for progress reporting.
Clearly communicates within the project team and escalates issues as needed.
