Business Analyst Regulatory Project

For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Business Analyst:

START: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: Zürich

The key Deliveries will include:

- Experienced Business Analyst for Risk Mitigation related topics (Portfolio Reconciliation, Portfolio Compression, Timely Confirmation) within Derivative Regulatory Reform Program
- Start as BA in the Change environment and analyse regulatory requirements impact on Portfolio Reconciliation, Portfolio Compression, Dispute Resolution and Timely Confirmation for all regulations within Booking Center Switzerland
- Prepare RtB documentation (processes, handbooks etc.)
- Manage stakeholder approval process
- Manage business and IT stakeholders and activities related to project implementation, obtain approvals
- UAT test case preparation and possibly execution
- After successful implementation transfer to Run the Bank beginning of 2017 to take over daily Risk Mitigation tasks

The key Skills of the ideal candidate will include:

- Experience as BA in regulatory projects (EMIR/Finfrag experience considered an advantage) understanding the OTC derivative products and implications of related regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, good diagnostics skills
- Ability to work independently covering daily business tasks
- Communicates clearly and effectively, being able to tailor communications to target audience
- Proven experience in the financial industry (min 5 years in change projects or RtB)
- passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- fluent in English
- Minimum 5 Years Business Analysis, Business Requirements, Process Mapping, Stakeholder Management, risk/issue management, project planning
- Credit Risk Experience beneficial
