Business Analyst - Regulatory Project wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum 8 Years proven track record as a Business Analyst
- Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills in order to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence and engage them
- Credit Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management/Risk Control and regualtory experience is a plus
- Experience in large financial/banking organisation
- Languages: English Fluent, German Conversational
YOUR TASKS:
- Driving and coordinating the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Implementing new credit risk and rating methodoligy
- Preparing requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases
- Working with the functional architects and other business analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identifying opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Assisting IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
