Business Analyst - Regulatory Change

You will have the ability to communicate to front line staff any regulation changes that might impact them & their clients. You will be responsible for conducting individual pieces of analysis required to feed overall client impact workstream. The role will involve working with legal team to understand legal requirements and implications of legislation. It interacts effectively with senior stakeholders within IT, Financial Markets, Operations and Business Transformation. Understanding of how to interpret regulatory text and translate to business requirements- ideally an understanding of Dodd Frank and EMIR. Implementation planning experience (working with IT and ops). The successful candidate will have regulatory experience ideally on either the following EMIR or Dodd Frank. Experience within Credit and Rates Derivatives to ensure comprehensive product knowledge. The Candidate will also have Must have sales/relationship management or client services experience.
