MY DUTIES:

- This function is within a programme for the stream that implements a unified asset & funds management application via Immopac. Immopac is used for Asset & Funds Planning, Property valuations in the context of acquisitions, Asset & Funds Reporting
- Immopac obtains rent rolls and financial data from over 100 data providers via a data integration platform
- This position requires travels to London, Paris, Luxenbourg, Berlin & Frankfurt

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge in Real Estate Funds Management and / or Real Estate Asset Management (Real Estate Property Management is less required).
- Already worked for a Real Estate Asset / Funds Manager or participated in corresponding projects
- Good IT background
- Ideally knowledge of immopac or any equivalent such as Argus, RE-VC, bison.box
- Fluent in English, German is not mandatory
