Business Analyst/Dutch/DWH/SQL/Basel

We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking business analyst with 7 or more years experience in international wholesale or retail banking and/or 7 or more years experience in business analysis. (preferably in Basel regulatory related projects)

Activities:

You act as a pro-active partner towards business partners.
You listen to and anticipate business partner questions, and you process those questions into a well-founded advice. Not only are you looking to the short-term needs, also you put the business partner questions in the long-term perspective, to help our business partners to offer future-oriented and innovative solutions.
You watch and analyze trends to be leading in result driven innovation and improvement.
You take ownership for our responsibility to optimally serve our business partners.
You have knowledge of and understand the business plans, the IT strategy, and the systems and tools at our disposal.
You are working continuously on improvement of our knowledge and competences to serve our business partners better.
You act as a bridge between our business partners and other units within your business line to ensure an effective and efficient translation of the business partner needs to appropriate and sustainable IT solutions.
You pay attention to tailor-made communication and documentation.

Skills required:
* You are a team player
* Is familiar with the complete chain from user till development and test
* Is able to conceptualize and create overview of complex functional requirements
* Has affinity with technical and functional architecture design in data warehouse projects
* Proven experience in business analysis in data warehouse projects
* Highly political sensitive
* Both helicopter view and focus
* Technical background is a nice to have
* Strong analytical skills
* Data analysis background (with strong affinity with 'in depth data research' and 'to know what it exactly is exactly about')
* SQL knowledge
* Support during UAT's
